How do I book a Parenthèse Vigneronne package?

Bookings for Parenthèse Vigneronne packages can only be made through the Kaysersberg Valley Tourist Office:

What is the required booking notice?

Please allow 24 to 48 hours advance notice depending on the package chosen.

Urgent request? Leave us your phone number with your name and request. Our travel advisors will call you back as soon as possible.

 

What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation deadline: 15 days before the experience date

Refund: 90% of the amount will be refunded

Less than 15 days before:

  • You can transfer your booking to someone else
  • Please provide us with: name, mobile number and email address
  • Without transfer, the booking cannot be modified

💡 Tip: Check with your bank if your credit card includes cancellation insurance.

 

Can we book for a group?

Parenthèse Vigneronne packages are available for:

  • Small groups: fewer than 10 people
  • Bespoke groups: up to 20 people (personalised study)

In which languages are the wine tastings conducted?

All wine tastings at Parenthèse Vigneronne are offered in French.

Foreign languages: Some tastings are also available in English and/or German (specified on each tasting description).

 

Are the wine tastings suitable for families?

Our wine tastings don't specifically target families with children, but children are welcome. Our winemakers adapt and offer alternatives (grape juice, age-appropriate explanations), however there is no children's rate.
