Share a special moment with him: he will give you a masterly interpretation of the geology of the Alsace vineyards, revealing the secrets of our landscapes, shaped hundreds of millions of years ago, giving birth to the terroirs, shaped in turn by man, giving life to the Grands Crus.
You will discover and understand the influence of the soil on the character, flavours and aromas of the wine during a comparative tasting of different “Grands Crus” wines presented to you.
