The Kaysersberg Valley Tourist Office will retain your personal data in a secure environment for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or for the maximum retention period provided for under applicable French legislation, as follows:

  • Documents serving as evidence of commercial transactions are retained for 10 years after the end of the contractual relationship.
  • Data relating to marketing and prospecting activities is retained for 3 years.
